Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages, Defects & The "Risk-Free" Guarantee Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.

  • Broken/Defective Items: If your model arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. As per our Quality Guarantee, we will send you a free replacement or offer a full refund. We cover the return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.

Change of Mind Returns If you wish to return an item simply because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size:

  • You are responsible for half of the return shipping costs.

  • We can generate a return shipping label for you; the cost of the label will be deducted from your final refund.

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom Products: Special orders (such as custom-colored models) or personalized items.

  • Clearance: Items marked specifically as "Final Sale" cannot be returned. (Standard sale items are eligible).

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please Note: It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • Customs Fees: For international orders, any customs duties or taxes paid to your local government are non-refundable by Medical Arts Shop.
