Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Costs

  • Effective January 1st, 2026: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination address.

  • Promotions: Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions. If active, these will be automatically applied at checkout or via a discount code.

2. Order Fulfillment & Timelines

⚡ Faster Fulfillment to Offset Border Delays We are aware that increased border controls and pressure on shipping companies have caused longer transit times globally. To offset these external delays, we have drastically reduced our internal preparation time.

  • New Handling Time: We now process and ship 90% of orders within 1 to 72 hours. (Previously 3–5 days).

  • Goal: By getting your package out the door faster, we aim to minimize the overall impact of border inspections on your delivery date.

Estimated Shipping Times: Once the package leaves our facility, transit times vary by region. Please note that recent border obstacles may cause carriers to hold packages slightly longer than usual.

*Note: These estimates apply to items shipping from our North American warehouses. For specialty items shipping from other locations, please allow 7–21 days.

Downloads are instant. If you do not see the email immediately, please check your junk/spam folder.

3. Purchase & Delivery Process

  1. Confirmation: Immediately after purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. (Please add Info@medicalartsshop.com to your safe sender list to ensure you receive updates).

  2. Tracking: Once your order ships (within 1-3 days), you will receive a second email with your tracking number.

  3. Delivery: You can track your package via the carrier's website. If you provided a phone number at checkout, you may receive SMS updates.

 

4. Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple products, they may be shipped separately from different distribution centers to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Do not be alarmed if you receive one item before the other; the rest of your order is on its way.

 

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (2026)

Due to significant changes in global trade regulations effective January 1st, 2026, our policy regarding import fees has been updated.

USA Customers (Important Update) Previously, Medical Arts Shop covered all customs fees for orders under $800 USD. However, due to new government regulations imposing a 35% duty rate + $5.00 processing fee per item, we can no longer fully absorb these costs.

  • Our Commitment: We will continue to subsidize a portion of these fees to keep our products accessible to you and our students.

  • Your Responsibility: While we cover part of the cost, the remaining duties calculated at checkout or upon delivery are the responsibility of the buyer. We appreciate your understanding as we navigate these new trade tariffs together.

European Customers In compliance as of June 2026 European import tax regulations, a "per-item" tax will be applied to imports.

  • Cost Splitting: Medical Arts Shop has implemented a cost-sharing measure. We will cover a percentage of this new tax, with the remaining balance reflected in the shipping or import charges at checkout.

🌍 International Buyers (Rest of World) For all other regions, the buyer remains fully responsible for any local charges, import duties, custom fees, or taxes applied by their country's customs office. Medical Arts Shop cannot control or predict these fees.

 

6. Damages & Lost Packages (Our Guarantee)

We pack every item with care, but we understand that accidents happen during transit.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item. We will send a free replacement or offer a full refund.

  • Lost Packages: If your order is lost during shipping or has not arrived after the maximum estimated delivery time has passed, please contact us. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and send you a free replacement or full refund.
